BOOKING POLICY

Please be advised that a consultation form will be sent to you after your booking has been made. Ensure to fill out the form correctly and return it to us at least 48 hours prior to your booking. In the event this is not done, your appointment will unfortunately be cancelled, and your deposit becomes non-refundable.

Please be aware that photographs are taken of the areas being treated on each client before and after treatment

 

Cancellation/Rescheduling

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will be processed without penalty. Cancellations made 48 hours or less before your scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. In the event you would like to reschedule, please do so up to before 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a loss of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook. If SKNN Society cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours notice before your appointment, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty, subject to availability.

Prep before a service

Please attend your appointment makeup free (including eye makeup) if you have a facial treatment.

Regulations & Late Policy

Please aim to be on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is given to each client in the event they are late for their appointment. After 15 minutes, the appointment will unfortunately be cancelled and your deposit lost, as this will affect our next appointment. 

Extra guest

Please come to your appointment alone as there is a strict extra guest policy at the SKNN Society.
